12 Goal Challenge Match at Hickstead

The Neo-Ice 12 goal Challenge in the morning started with an evenly contested match with team Tschogan holding a 2 goal lead (starting with a 4 goal advantage on handicap) over team Autodex and at half time it was 8:6. However, by the end of the third the battle for possession saw the scoreboard at 9:8 to Tschogan as Autodex piled on the pressure and pace.

With tension rising at the start of the 4th, Tim Bown then brought the scores to 9 apiece. Then 2 more goals for Autodex and Jamie Morrison’s team is under pressure. At 11:9, Paul Sweeney adds one and Gavin Turner for Autodex another to bring Autodex ahead 12:10. The final minutes are a frenzy of dropped mallets, almost un-seated players and lightening play as 2 further goals – one from a penalty for Autodex and one in the last half minute to Tschogan – to finish the match with the score board 13 : 11 to team Autodex.
